Yes, bad stuff is going to happen. If not to us, then to people who are the same age as us, which means we’ll just lie awake at night worrying it might happen to us too. If we’re lucky, we’re dodging bullets.  If we are unlucky, we might have to face up to the serious stuff – like Emilie did.

Sniper’s Alley isn’t a “weren’t BMXs/Wham!/Rubik’s Cubes etc brilliant!” retro-fest. It’s about the here and now of being 45-65, and it’s about how the future’s looking.

If that all sounds a bit heavy – fear not! For your hosts are Gen X, and therefore experts in sarcasm and black humour.
